PakkTaii Design Week 2025 | Tupat Sachet Workshop

At PakkTaii Design Week 2025, SAN Maison hosted a DIY scented herbal sachet workshop centered on sustainability and Southern Thai cultural heritage.
Participants learned the traditional art of Tupat wrapping using natural Bai Por leaves, preserving a craft technique rooted in local wisdom. Instead of synthetic materials, the workshop emphasized biodegradable, plant-based components and mindful handcraft.
Each sachet was filled with a blend of SAN original fragrance and organic herbs, combining contemporary scent design with natural, sustainable ingredients.
By reconnecting fragrance with traditional wrapping techniques, the workshop highlighted how local wisdom preservation and sustainable craft in Thailand can evolve through participation and design.
